| Avon Terra Cotta Baking Dish |
If you want to bake a moist chicken you need to bake it in a terra cotta baking dish. Years ago mom used to sell Avon and bought their terra cotta baking dish. She gave each one of us kids one. I love and still have mine. It makes the best-baked chicken. The chicken turns out really moist.

Mmmmm! I do love baking in terra cotta or clay and now I'm thinking I need to pull out my pot and roast a chicken- looks so tasty :D
