Green Tomato Bread

fLike all gardeners in the northern states, there comes a time when the tomatoes just don’t get enough sunlight and we end up with a large amount of green tomatoes to deal with.

It’s amazing how you can take just about any thing and make good sweet bread from it. Green tomatoes are not exempt from that list.
