How to Make Chicken Egg Rolls From Scratch
I love Egg Rolls I have every since I worked in our concession trailer and would be parked right next to an egg roll concession trailer.
Our daughter went to school with their daughter so I bought theirs from them by the case for a while. However, I soon learned I could save money by wrapping my own egg rolls. You can use whatever meat you like but I eat a lot chicken so I made chicken egg rolls I'll show you how you can make your own egg rolls too.

Chrysanthemums or Mums
Autumns in Indiana you will lovely mums in many yards or business windows. Chrysanthemums are a very hearty flower that produces a bounty of blooms. These yellow mums are outside the Curves for Women where I workout.
According to Wikipedia, “Chrysanthemums, often called mums or chrysanths, are of the genus (Chrysanthemum) constituting approximately 30 species of perennial flowering plants in the family Asteraceae which is native to Asia and northeastern Europe.” In addition, “Chrysanthemums are broken into two basic groups, Garden Hardy and Exhibition. Garden hardy mums are new perennials capable of being wintered over in the ground in most northern latitudes. Exhibition varieties are not usually as sturdy. Garden hardies are defined by their ability to produce an abundance of small blooms with little if any mechanical assistance (i.e., staking) and withstanding wind and rain. Exhibition varieties on the other hand require staking, over-wintering in a relatively dry cool environment, sometimes with the addition of night lights.”Chrysanthemums are also the birth flower for the month of November and hold the meaning, cheerfulness, optimism, rest, truth, long life, joy.

Crocheting a Newsboy Style Cap
Crocheting hats can be challenging however, if you are like me you want to crochet things your family can use. My daughter saw a crocheted Newsboy Styled cap at a theatre production we went to and wanted one.
Finding the right crocheting pattern can be equally as challenging but with the help of the Internet, we did it. I found patterns for crocheted beret cap, crocheted newsboy cap and crocheted warm cap with brim that can easily be adapted for man or women with the yarn you choose to use.

Green bell peppers eaten raw or stuffed are very good, and good for you. Combining the two tastes of stuffed peppers and wet burritos are a great combination. You will want to try this recipe.
Have you ever made stuffed peppers? Chances are if you have not, you’ve at least ordered one in a restaurant. What about a wet burrito, have you made one? This recipe will be good whether made from scratch or with the leftovers in your refrigerator.

Yellow Rose
My niece got married Oct 8, 2011 and for Indiana we had a unusually hot 83 degree day. However as I was leaving the church I noticed these beautiful yellow roses.
According to Proflowers.com, "A bouquet of yellow roses now brings to mind all of the sunny, cheerful feelings of warmth and happiness. In contrast to the romantic meanings attributed to other roses, the yellow rose is purely a symbol for friendship. This gives it a unique place in the pantheon of roses. Yellow roses can send the perfect message of appreciation and platonic love without the romantic subtext of other colors."

Indiana Soybeans
Seeing a golden sea of soybean and cornfields in Northern Indiana is commonplace, however, I did not realize that we were the 3rd largest producing state.
According to Indiana Farm Direct, “Indiana is best known for its soybean, corn, and pork production. Indiana is the 3rd largest soybean producing state in the US, producing 9.5% of the entire US soybean crop. Indiana soybean yields have been among the highest in the nation in recent years. Almost a third of the Hoosier soybean crop is exported onto the world market. Indiana has one of the most active soybean grower associations. The Indiana Soybean Board has been responsible for developing soycandles and soycrayons.”
